Service Agreement

Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between BLS Broadband LLC,  ("BLS Broadband"), and [Customer Name], residing at [Customer Address] ("Customer").

Service Description

  • BLS Broadband agrees to provide wireless internet service to the Customer. The service includes a high-speed internet connection with an average download speed of [X] Mbps and an upload speed of [X] Mbps. There will be no Data Limits. 

Service Fees The Customer agrees to pay the following fees:

  • Installation Fee: $100 (one-time payment)

  • Monthly Subscription Fee: $75 (due on the [X] day of each month)

Service Availability

  • BLS Broadband will make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service. However, occasional service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond BLS Broadband's control. BLS Broadband will promptly address any service-related issues and provide technical support during normal business hours.

Customer Obligations The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide access to the premises for installation and maintenance of the equipment.

  • Maintain the provided equipment in good working condition and notify BLS Broadband of any issues.

  • Comply with BLS Broadband's fair usage policy and any other applicable usage guidelines.

  • Promptly report any service-related issues to BLS Broadband's customer support.

Installation and Damages

  • BLS Broadband shall not be responsible for any damages or losses to the Customer's property arising from the installation process, provided that such damages were not caused by willful misconduct or negligence on the part of BLS Broadband. The Customer acknowledges that the installation has been completed to their satisfaction and is deemed correct upon signing this Agreement.

Term of Agreement

  • This Agreement shall commence on [Date] and continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least [X] days prior to the desired termination date.

Limitations of Liability

  • BLS Broadband shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions to the Customer's business, data, or equipment resulting from the use or inability to use the service. BLS Broadband's liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Customer for the affected service during the period of interruption.

Amendments and Severability

  • Amendments to this Agreement require written consent from both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between BLS Broadband and the Customer and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement.
